Shipping Policy

I am located in Melbourne, Australia, and I use Sendle and Australia Post for domestic delivery and Australia Post for worldwide delivery.

I usually ship 1-2 business days after order received.

Please note

- LuLu Handmade is not responsible for delays, damaged or lost mail.

- Please ensure address is correct upon checkout. Please contact me as soon as possible if you wish to change your address. Unfortunately if the item/s are already shipped I will not be able to change the address.

- Shipping estimates are from time of shipment, not when order has been placed

- Business days do not include public holidays or weekends

-Overseas orders may incur customs fees. LuLu Handmade is not responsible for such fees and they must be paid by the customer upon collection.
