What currency are the prices do I see in the site?

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. We usually ship the next business day, please allow 1-2 business processing times to ship.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from us. We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not offer Refunds or Exchanges for a change of mind or lost packages. If the unfortunate does occur and your order has arrived damaged or incorrect please contact us we can discuss a solution that works for both parties. You can use our "Contact Us" page to get in touch with us. Please understand this as we are a small business trying to provide the best service possible. Please keep in mind if a refund is issued it will be shipping fee.


Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order , however you must cancel your order before it ships. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at . If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?

Due to delays within the postal service it is hard to determine the exact shipping times. 

Australia:

However after your order is marked as shipped you should expect your parcel to arrive within 1-14 business days.  Please allow up to 4 weeks for certain areas that affected with delays such as floods.

Worldwide:

Generally orders take 2-6 weeks overseas once shipped.
